Full-featured HTML filing capability

HTML is the most common filing format at this time, and EDGARsuite™ has enabled thousands of users to file in HTML since the SEC started accepting this format in 2002.

Most users prepare HTML filings with EDGARsuite™ using its automated high-speed EDGARizing component, EDGARwiz™. This highly accurate EDGARizer creates HTML filings directly from Word Documents, Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations, WordPerfect documents, and many other sources.
